Howdy guys
![]() I have a question regarding Joinable Public Groups. I was wondering if there was a easy way to allow my Group Leaders add users to the groups they lead without having to wait for the users to request to join. I was thinking of a white text box next to the "View Join Requests" link where you can input the username, and just click "ADD" Any ideas? ![]() HoC |

*looks around*
Nobody has any thoughts on how this could be accomplished? ![]() I'm just looking for ideas on how this can be done. And so far, I have just one idea, lol... which is the above, obviously. |

Just as a thought off the top of my head and without considering the practicalities of it I would consider maybe an option in the user profile for 'Add to Usergroup' that changed the usergroup to the one that they wanted as the public usergroup. This would have to have conditionals etc built in so that only the usergroup leaders can do this and only for their own usergroup.

Hmm...
That's a good idea... I was thinking of this as a secondary usergroup thing... Anyone else? ![]() |

Sorry my bad explaining there. I ment it to add them as a secondary usergroup to whichever one it was. Sorta like what one of the phpbb versions I used to use had.

Right...
That's like the "Members Group" where you have "Public Joinable Groups". if you're the group leader, you'll see "View Join Requests" for whatever group you're a leader of. Back to thinking out possible ideas for this... |
