Hi,

I am not quite sure if this is possible, but here goes.

I have created a forum on my website that users can leave messages for people they are looking for. Would it be possible to have this like a form, so when the user posts a new thread they are presented with something like below automatically (without the text in red).

Also if the above is possible, I would like it so that every field must be filled in, or it will not submit.

NAME: taffy
PRESENTLY IN: wales
IS LOOKING FOR: the answer
CLUES: don't have one
E-MAIL: taffy@mydomain.com

simple edit the form1.php to go to the specified forum and to ask the questions you would like ;]
