I sure would like a MODIFICATION that would send out a WELCOME email when ever someone used the SUBSCRIPTIONS.php feature in vB3???

YOU know...KINDA LIKE it does RIGHT BEFORE THEY EXPIRE!!! Except...right when they sign up!!!
