Are there such addons link http://www.hotornot.com/ where only board members can vote on pic/movie. I'd like the script to be able to have a time frame for voting (say one week or one month), and list the past top voted pics/movies per category.

I know there are a few for antoher board script but I'm not sure if there is one for vBulletin.

there is actually none on vB, but one of my partners is building a complete photo album that will answer most of your requests...

basically, photo albums with photo ratings can be used for this purpose, but they are not coded with vB structure, so it's hard to deal with.... my partner is building a complet vB album,... will be possible to answer your request with that version in no long (we're in RC tests)
