Ad/Poll/URL listing managment

I am developing a site and require the following scripts or hacks.

I'd like a poll script, maybe one that can identify multiple votes from a single user and filter them out.

A script that allows people to submit their URL and display them in set categories like http://www.nwontario.com has but with the added ability to rate the website or business in a variety of fields, such as Customer Service, Web Site Design, and so forth.

I need a script for community events as well, not sure as to the specifics on how it will run as of yet.

Banner Ad Managment. I will require it to have zones so I can specify where a banner appears ( Top, Bottom, Side), multiple sizes and formats, and the ability to add in some google ads. I'd also like it to be able to track the banners run and output the statistics to an email address of the clients when the run is over.

Front page news type set up.

Is thier anything like this in the way of vB hacks that could be used with the vB forum we intend to purchase.

most of your requests are possible with actual paid hacks, but if you intend to find free hacks, you may need to wait until someone build them for free, thing that i suppose will take a lot of time.

for the community events, vBulletin contain a good calendar with events manager... some hacks enable the admin to even add Event Attendants (users can identify if they will be present to the event) and some other features like that.

for the banner ads, i have myself some great hacks (non-free) that permit to have surrounding banners and specific sponsoring per forum-basis.

for the classified, i think that only photopost.com classified script is made to deal with vB itself... i used this software that may not be complete but at least answer most needs.

front page news is easy... we have some good portals here like the vbadvanced.com one that is completely built from vBulletin.

the poll script we have included in vB can be hacks minimally to add identification of votes (who voted what)... multiple votes are possibles too

a url lister (weblinks) script is also possible, there are some on the market...

Is their an easy way then to intergrate existing applications into vB so that they can use the same login for the entire network of sites?
