i have been told there is a hack for this, and i have searched for it but i cant find it..... im just wondering if there is one for vB2???

just incase ppl need explaining more what i mean... if somebody uploads an avatar that is over my limit of say 100x100 it will just make it for that size down to 100x100 automatically.
