lol couple of mouse movements and clicks im guessing its not allowed because most people have winzip rather than winrar. Either way i think it should be allowed

I remember it being asked before and dismissed because it wasn't popular back then. But I'd say that's only because of windows XP's built in extraction facility. RAR is far more efficient and has some much better tools

Because we're not releasing huge files, I vote that we maintain a standard of using only zips. Using rars would just confuse newbies more and we would end up supporting them in extracting the darn files.
Plus, some of us sneak coding time in at work, where we're not allowed to install extra software. Zip extraction is built in. Rar isn't. Amy |
