I need help about hosting services

I'm getting trouble in finding hosting, my currently shared server is down for two weeks with no responding so I think I should choose another one which is better.

I happened to find this: http://www.omnis.com/webhosting.php
it's super cheap as you see, but I don't know anything above that

some others are cheap and good too:

omnis.com seems to be the best since it offers 100GB bandwidth a month.

but then again, I need your suggestions.

http://www.surpasshosting.com is a very good host, tough on their policies about no bots or irc on shared but they from what i have seen they give alot for a little and their service is great and they even use Vb 3 for their forums

NEVER buy hosting based on a low price. In hosting these days, you definitely get what you pay for. Many of the low-priced hosts are internationally-based, offer no useful support, or are fly-by-night.

Having said that, I use http://www.hostmatters.com/ . On my third year, I believe.
