could we set up something simple in a template or file where it specifies who to send the email or pm to and just add a line that commands also to send to a specified administrators address?

i would like it..
but i think it would be cool to have an admincp page where, you could put the username in you want to log pm's, because i would hate to have to create a whole new usergroup.. *pain in the ass* |

Jake Bunce over at VB.com says it would be the Functions.php file in the includes folder that would need to be modified. we would have to simply add in a command that is username and email specific to tell where else to send the message besides the selected recipient. I cant tell where in the file to do it though. Can someone help us out with this?

I find it hard to believe no one else is interested in this?

Seems like a bit of overkill to me, just IMHO though. I could see on a larger board this taking up quite a bit of database room.

i found the area of code, but dont know what to add....look under vb_sent_email or something of that nature.
Also, what about a hack that will just email all pm's and emails to a certain address instead of holding it in the database? |
