Hi,

Apols if this has already been done - if so please .... please point me to the thread as I've searched and cant find anything.

I'd like to be able to display a sort of 'news ticker' in or around the header of VB3 that is fed via emails... the idea is that I create a catchall email account that then filters bad words etc... which members can email directly to. VB3 then reads the contents of the email account and displays them as a 'news ticker' on the site.

Obviously the bility to edit / delete via the admin CP would be great

Any ideas please? or can anyone do this?

The general idea is that my members will then be able to send an SMS text that is forwarded as an email to the catchall address. VB then reads and displays the email in the ticker
