Hi all
Wonder if you guys can help me as no one has replied to me on vb.com, I have a small problem with vb3.01 where my users post counts are not going up on there own, mine is but not theres. Anyone know what I need to update to correct this please? Thank you Stuart |

never heard of a problem like this.
the user post count doesn't make a difference wether you are an admin or not. are you sure, you have enabled count posts in all forums? (it's a forum specific setting, not a vb global setting) also are you sure you haven'T installed any hacks, which changed the postcount section? |

Thanks for your message, I downloaded the full vb3.01 install, uploaded it all and ran install which then moved me onto upgrade.php and I went through 42 steps I belive. Did I do this wrong? What can I do to resolve this please? Thank you Stuart |

nah sounds correct.
try to go to your ACP -> Maintenacne -> Update Counters -> Update user post counts that should update all users postcounts correctly, then just watch if everything works during the next few days (ie if the post counts increase correctly ![]() |
