Multiple portals - Hmmm
I am currently using http://www.vbadvanced.com for my site, now, if you visit this site http://www.winbeta.org/winbeta/index.php and look at the top left area you can see that with whatever they are using with invision they are able to have a seperate portal for each site but still linked to the same database. (WinBeta.org - MobileBeta.org - NixBeta.org)
I suppose the portals just show the relevent information, what I was wondering is, is it possible with vBB? I'm planning on creating a large network with 5 or more sites (subdomains) that I was to link to the same forums database but with different portals, I hope it is possible Thanks --Lucky |

The new VBadvanced CMPS allows you to have multiple front pages. It doesn't look as clean in the address bar, but its possible.
if you do a search for vb3nuke you can find someone else working on a multi-portal system that will probably release shortly. I haven't used VBindex or any others so I don't know their capabilities. |
