The skin isnt radically different, but thats because I cant get a decent, reliable designer to save my freaking life.

Any constructive feedback is mucho appreciated (especially regarding navigation).

Skin isn't radically unique. I'd tweak around with the templates somewhat to change a few things. Default-looking right now.
