Who else? Pretty lame in my opinion, and he seemed like a cool guy, oh well.

I hope you guys have a hack that can read PM's so you can ban this guy.

according to the DB, you are the only one who got that PM, titled CMS.

I assume it was a answer to a question about a CMS, and i won't classify it as Spam, as he just sent this one PM.

Nope, i never sent any messages to him. Strange.

EDIT: Nevermind, it's the morons that bump year old threads fault. There should be a hack that implements a no bumping threads rule.

Yes, that would be a good idea, but excluse the hack release forums, since that could cause some problems.

My vote is a NO for autoclosing of old threads. This is a forum, not an email list and its distictive feature is to find old threads and resume discussions if a need raises.

I admit that some threads can get obselete but considering the fact that we run a technical site here, discussion in many threads (eg. HTML questions, PHP questions etc.) can be resumed even after years. Besides all members here are board admins so I believe most are capable of wisely deciding whether they should open a new thread or reply to an existing one.

i requested this as i wanted it for a few of my forums but i think if you're going to implement it here it should only be in the lounge.
