Default I want a "Turbulance Hack"

I am looking for another hack that will "Fustrate" certain members instead of me banning them or using the Misery hack. Basically I want to set them to "encounter turbulance" mode. Once in that mode and that certain member clicks onto threads, or attempts to make a post, they get randomly sent to another site of my choice. I would also like to adjust the amount of "turbulance" that they encounter.

requirements if possible.
1) Adjustments to the amount of turbulance they encounter.
2) Random intervals in time period they encounter the turbulance.
3) To have a list of atleast 20 random sites that they get randomly sent to.
4) Maybe even make a user group for mass turbulance of certian trouble makers.
5) To allow mods and Amd
I know this sounds like a evil requests, but I am looking for alternatives to banning. BTW I love the misery hack.

Scott

Template conditionals (well, for vB3 anyways. ) In vB2: an if statement that calls a template.

Well, 99% of the banning alternatives make at least 1 edit to global.php or phpinclude, so yeah...

I don't mean to shake their window, but let's say someone clicks onto one of the threads, instead of opening up the thread, they end up getting sent to some other web site. Basically they get redirected to other locations randomly.

what do you mean two of these? is there a hack that does what I want already?
