Default search display results

Seems to return the older posts as results first.
Should be the other way around ( showing the more recent ones first ) to be more useful imho.

ie. descending order by date. most recent first.

hmm, the new posts search gives me the newest first, and everything else can be changed in the searchforms afaik?

I use the search box at the top right hand corner of this page.
Doesnt seem so , or is there some option i didnt set right ?

hmm, i've tested it and it shows newest first to me if i use the quicksearch...
