Recent threads for seperate site
Is there currently a hack that will allow me to show recent threads from my forums on a different server? ie., I have my forums on server A, can a site on server B have a portal page (or even just a recent thread column) for my forums?
If not, can anyone make this? h |

from my understanding of RSS you can do this that way easiest, check out can't remember but someones hack about adding vB.com forums to the admin cp and adapt it
alternatively you could allow the second site to access your database remotely. |

There is a way to do it in vb2 'cos I did it once as an experiment.
Easiest way is to modify tubedog's last xx posts hack. I posted some instructions about a year ago. I'll try to find the thread. Darren. |
