Mysql Error Number 1016 HELP!

Invalid SQL: REPLACE INTO searchindex (wordid,postid,intitle) VALUES
(19,20700,0),(7,20700,0)
mysql error: Can't open file: 'searchindex.MYD'. (errno: 145)

mysql error number: 1016

Execute the following query:

[sql]
REPAIR TABLE searchindex
[/sql]

And if the problem keeps coming back then i should contact your host about it.
