Can someone please help me with this...
I wish to make my forum so that when people click the "register" button they are taken to a paypal screen where they pay for their account. Once the payment is complete then they are taken to the register screen. Can someone please help with this? By the way this will be for vbulletin 2.3.0

Actually she gets unlimited hits she just must of went over her monthly bandwidth. (Knows because I host her for the last 4 months for free)
Her site is very graphics intense hence using A LOT of bandwidth.

Well, if she's not "paying" for her site being hosted, then yes, 3 gigs is a lot but if she's paying for that, she might want to look elsewhere so such problems like "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" don't come up in the future.

You complain far too much.
Get yourself a paid host, it's not that expensive today. Nobody is going to pay to be a member of a site that is capped at 3 Gigs of bandwidth per month.
