Got vbHome lite 4.2 and want to use RSS feeds to let others feed my forums into their websites. Can't figure out how to set it up--I know it uses the backend.php file, but how to do it?

Bear in mind, I'm very new to this--feel free to mock me with your reply 8^P

You don't need to set anything up, just let others know that they can use the backend.php to mirror your news articles.
