You can't do it with firefly's hack. I suggest contacting your host and asking them to install phpmyadmin. It normally comes installed on most servers anyway?

To run an sql file there should be a dropdown on the left. Find your database. Then a list of all the tables should appear in the right frame. Click the tab above them called sql and there is an upload box where you can upload your sql files
