and I have puted my password and username after that,
an eror page showed and told me to enter my password again !

Please help me ,, (^^

Are you a customer? You have to enter the customer number and password you received when you purchased vBulletin.

You need to buy vBulletin. Then, when you get your customer number and password (not your username and password here), you need to go to the beforementioned URL, enter it in, and add your e-mail address to the form.
