i think having a TOp 100 Site, part of the forum would be cool
example :
http://www.dfwaypoint.com/top100/topsites.php
But make it built into Vbulletin, and so people cna add there site and banner, and other forum members can view it,

There is an existing hack that is integrated with vB. You may want to try Slynderdale's TopList hack. Its for 2.2.5, but I got it working for 2.3.0.
