Hi all. Well, i have searched all morning with no luck.

I am looking for a hack that displays 15 smilies on the main board, and then inserts a link under them that says "Get More", which opens a java window with the remaining smilies uploaded on the board.

I see this board, and most have that functionality, but I can't seem to find the hack.

That's a standard feature in vBulletin. Once you have more than 15 smilies (I think there's a limit you can set in the options) then it will display the "get more" link.
