They're out there. But 2.3.0 has a new verification system built in that stops against such registrations.

what I'm looking for is one that I can upload to my Server and set how many users for it to make, and stuff.

There is no good reason for such a script, besides spamming other forums. Why would you want a script like that for your test board?

it shouldn't be too hard, just do a basic form with username etc then make it input the info to the db
