does anyone have an fair idea of when the vB stable version of 2.3.0 will be released to public ??

Current release is is uppose RC3 !

We're waiting for the vB-Germany team to finish up their translation of 2.3.0 - it should be out soon.

Maybe you could ask at vbulletin.com

I currently have the current 2.30 version installed and it's bug free for me so far.

as far as i read over there they have finished their translation long time ago and waiting for some other things....

Mabey they changed the whole template system in 2.3.0 final just to break all the hacks?
