What's the downtime like?

All of my Viperhost domains have been down since yesterday afternoon, this seems to be happening more and more frequently. I'm always told that it's a network/ISP problem at my end, even when all of my clients are complaining about downtime.

Even though the recent downtime has just ended, it's been well over the guarenteed allowance - but whenever I say that to Viperhost, they deny that it has been that long and they say that it's been working fine for them.

Re: the downtime, it could just be bad routing (which I constantly get at home when connecting to WDF) and there really was no problem.
