I am currently having problems with my phpwebhosting account and am getting annoyed by it. So I'm looking for some place that offers about the same features or more for the same price. We are able to spend up 20$ dollars a month.

If this fails I guess I'll need to set up linux again

I use http://www.hostingmatters.com/ but they're switching NOCs so this might not be a good time to join. Many others use http://www.venturesonline.com/ .
