Looking to hire someone....

Hey guys, sorry if I am posting this in the wrong forum. I wasn't sure where to post it.

I am looking to hire someone that has an amazing working knowledge of vBulletin to set up 2-3 forums for me on 2-3 different sites. Each will be unique in style, color and theme... I will supply the ideas and then you'll run with it.

Someone that can incorporate the forum into the entire site or at least the front of the site (latest threads) or possibly a column on every page that lists the latest threads? (sort of like the include # mod in .asp does)
