Basically, my entire site runs off of vB. I have 5 vB files in the main directory to power my site off of. Basically, before I open my site, I need to know if I have to have the vBulletin copyright on my site's pages. I am pretty sure I will have to, and I really could care less either way, but if I do I just have to remember to put it into my site's footer.

I think you can leave your site pages without the vb copyright... You only need it on your forums, even if your site uses vbulletin files.

can you pay vBulletin to allow you to keep the copyright info out?

Yes, very expensive though. But why would you want to? 2 lines of text, and you could make it 1 line of text if you want to. But I see no point in removing it.

It would probably be best to ask about this at vbulletin.com

Mist is right, vb.com is the correct location for that.
but AFAIK as long as you use vbfiles for your site (to display something....) you have to add the copyright. |

Even your printthread pages - basically anything that is generated by vB.
vBPortal files do NOT need to have vB copyright though. |
