I know there has been some topics here recently about dedicated servers however I'm kind of in a unique situation. I am looking into the possibility of going dedicated but need a very big server for bandwith reasons. Something over 300 gb's which kind of scares even me. I also need something fast because I'm averaging 15 seconds on loading on my server with cable. Yet I can't let cost get too high. And I want to stay away from Rackshack at all costs. This would strickly be for my forums but any advice?
Although I can't personally recommend them, seing N9ne is almost obsessed by them, www.nocster.com seem to fit that bill. A few others have recommended www.racknine.com, but I'm not sure they can offer such high bandwidth usage at a reasonable price tag.
What's your budget?
Edit: Just saw you posted in that other thread as well, but I stand by my suggestions.
He has a forum which has at least 200 online at almost peak times. Peak times hits over 300 users online. There's thousands of posts per day. 30,000 members on the forum.
