For some reason I cannot access this thread, even though I have entered my license info in my profile and have allowed my e-mail address support and whatnot. I can access most other mods, but not this one..

filburt is right, this hack was deleted in the authors wish.

where did you find a link for it?
can you post the link of the page where this thread is linked so it can be removed also

That hack has been removed by the hack author and is no longer released. That's why.
