I want to use a php script that will post weather on my site.

Problem is I am not very familiar with PHP and I have no idea how to get it working. I would like the weather data to appear in my vbulletin footer file.

Where does the script go? How do I run it? Any help or code example would be great. I've done a lot of searching here and the web and can't find my answer.

There is a weather hack on this site. Just search for weather and I am sure you will find it...
