in need of a decent coder..

hey all, I started and run a little Vancouver based rave board over at www.form-kaos.com and it has been my continuous hobbyist project over some time now.

we used to run a karma system but because of some minor flaws in the scripts workings we pulled it for a temporary tI'me period to rework it. problem is.. I'm no coder. I'm a graphics/flash sorta dude, and PHP just isn't my bag.

so I'm looking for a coder who would be serious in kicking a little tI'me into a script I have here and just add some minor features, and mod it a little for me. in exchange I can offer no "big money" as they say on the wheel, but an exchange in graphic work, or even flash work.

I can do it all, headers/footers, button sets, simple to advanced graphics, flash banners, flash movies, flash intros.. it all. and again www.form-kaos.com has some minor examples of my work, but I have done work for sitepointforums, assorted vB boards of users on this site, and huge freelance work.
