Ok, I am developing a new gaming site, and it was coming along nicely until I added a welcome bar to the front page, and that worked fine last night, but now it gives this error:

I ***'d out the host cos the site is still in early development and we're yet to register the domain name we want, no risks

Yah, I read that now and editing some stuff... however...

The error shows on my site the first time... and then when I enter the forums, and go back to the site and hit refresh, the errors gone... its really confusing.
