I can get into my admin area but when I click on VB options I get this

Database error in vBulletin Control Panel 2.2.9:

Invalid SQL: SELECT settinggroupid,title,displayorder FROM settinggroup WHERE displayorder<>0 ORDER BY displayorder
mysql error: Table 'divamoms.settinggroup' doesn't exist

mysql error number: 1146

As I answered on vb.com, you are missing the settinggroup table. Did you install any hacks or restore a db backup?
