He's damn right. Whats the point in using ++++ty programs when you can use notepad, its quick, easy and allows for people with the knowledge to execute anything they want.
I use Notepad, I mean HTML isn't that hard that you need a prog. to make it. I learned it in 3 weeks in 6th grade, 3 years back. But, if you really want something good, use Dreamweaver. Never use FP2000, it's terrible and the coding is crap. I only use Dreamweaver to make image maps, but I forgot if it does that so I may have no use at all for it....
Dreamweaver is the best for all the fancy stuff. But for those using Notepad to mess about with a few lines, you might try using TextPad instead. It comes in handy for minor text edits and I like it much better than Notepad.
