I plan to make new hack with templates, I need to make new templates that which outside of forum. So what do I need to get it call out template? I want to keep header and footer in that templates I plan to create.

For example, I ll create a link in header to access new template that I create, after that access, header and footer will be "in" same templates. So how? Which files I should edit? Use "Link" as example.
