If users want to registrate then they have this error:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in c:\www\board\admin\db_mysql.php on line 93

Line 93 is:

Must i need to fill in that in db_mysqld.php?
Or what can i do to fix the error?
