I cant find it. were is it i only have 2 templates on my vb

I cant find these templates were are they?????????

I already edited the php files but now it askes for me to edit my templates.

but all i see is header template and another header one.

Please help

Your host has upgraded the PHP version to 4.2.x. You need to upgrade to the latest version of vBulletin to fix the problem.
