I like this forum but before buy the owner license I have some doubts:

- I am from Spain. Is it avalaible the spanish languaje, gifs and buttons?

- I have visit this forum: http://www.trojanforge.net and the style & avatars are very very nice. This style is an official release of the vbulletin team? Is avalaible to download if I purchase the license?
If I buy the license I have access to images, avatars, smilies, etc or only to the vbulletin script?

Someone may have realeased a style/templates in spanish, but I can't say I've seen them. vB2 is only avalible for download in English, however vB3 is multi-lingual I believe.

The only official style that is avalible is the one in use at vbulletin.com however there are other styles there released by members that you would be able to download.
