I know ++++ about PHP, so I really have no idea what threaded view is. But if it is what I think it is, I don't like vB3, unless it's off by default, or there's an option to turn it off (Having it off by default would be more desirable..). It just looks like a vB with a bunch of hacks so far (Ones I would never use by the way ).

I guess it's just me that isn't really looking forward to it.

to be honest i completely agree.. i dont like it so far... we'll have to see what other features come along with it when its released

I'm apprehensive because my members are all used to my current vB2.2.6 with all its customized features and hack... to have to go to vB3 and have to start from scratch again (since none of the the hacks will work) is very unappealing... but it has to be done when the time comes...
