Article Add on
I am wanting a add on were users can submit a article and then a moderator could approve it and it would go to its particular forum for comments and such.
I want it for a tutorial add on to my graphics site.. how hard would this be? |

Hmm...do you want it to display on your site? Or on your forums somewhere?

it would be a different domain..
users from my board graphic-forums.com would be able to see the articles written on cginsider.com and write comments about them |

This would be pretty tricky to do, and I'm not really sure if it's possible..considering the articles your users are commenting on are on another domain, but the articles need to show up on your domain.
I know I'm not experienced enough to code it, maybe one of the veterans can help PS: What happened to graphic-forums They are currently down as of this moment.. |
