Usergroup Ranks:: Admin Editable

Im creating a forums RPG for my new Elite Force website, proxymx, And therese going to be a forums Role Playing Game,
My membeers fill out a form and apply to be on either the borg, or the Federation, and then i assign them to either the borg on the Federation usergroups. Now i want the Federation usergroup to follow one ranking system {ensign, lt, lt cmdr etc} and i want the borg collective to follow another {Drone, Maintenence Drone etc}

So in short
Can someone create a hack that gives one usergroup one ranking system, and another usergroup another one?
