Setup "Buddy Groups"
I'll give you an example of how I would you this and you can infer from that how you would.
I have several committees on my board. Lets take the "Parking" committee. It has 10 members on it. Instead of having to have each one on your buddy list to PM them all, why not have just one group you pm called "Parking Committee" and this would in turn send a PM to everyone on that list. Did that make sense? Thanks Josh |

There's an option where you can send a PM to all your buddies, tho, if that's what you're looking for.

Nope, not really it..
I need to be able to send a PM to a committee. I also need people to be able to send to a committee even if they don't know who's on that committee.. I.e. If user 1,2,3,4 and 5 are on committee one and user 1,5,6,7,8 are on committee two I would want to just send an email to committee 1 and have that get sent to user 1,2,3,4,5. Make sense? josh |
