Daily Digest - A few questions

Hi

I have a few questions about daily digest:

1. When a user chooses Daily Digest, how can I ensure they get all the topics and posts to the forums they have subscribed to?

2. When a user signs up, how do I make sure they are automatically subscribed one particular forum I want them all to be subscribed to? (I have defaulted to daily digest - but want to make them subscribed to one forum by default).

3. If I have to modify the look and feel of the daily digest email, where should I make the change?
