I recommend Ozzy's separator...the one you are using has several issues, and I switched a while back.

[OzzModz] Separate Sticky Threads Collapsible (vB4) v1.5.3

edit: Perhaps I am wrong about which separator you meant...but I still recommend Ozzy's normal/sticky separator...the one you are using interferes with the inline moderation selection.

There was definitely a few kinks I'd stumbled across, but I managed to fix them all myself. Thanks again for the help, Mark. I really do appreciate it.

I don't use any plug in or product for polls or sticky threads. I just check the sticky box and it puts it up top. It also adds the poll icon and text. 4.2.3 Default forum theme.
