Dear,

I am using VB 5.1.9

in home page and in a lot of other pages : Last Post By ...... the author name is not appearing

i need help to fix this

this issue since i was upgrade to VB 5.1.7

Are you using a default style? Can we get a link to the site and please make the default style available for us to pick (and tell us the name if it's isn't obvious).

To create a default style, create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Set this as the default in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Styles & Languages > Set Default Style. Then go to Maintenance > Clear System Cache. Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?
