I have seen a hack somewhere that:

Lets Mods send a pre-written warning via the CP to users. It adds the ability for admins to write a warning for several different violations. The CP keeps track of what users were sent warnings, and on what date.

I can't find it, and I know I didn't dream it up. It has to be here somewhere, just can locate it.

Please help.
