Looking for Webmasters site partner

Hi i am looking for a partner to help me start a webmasters site, i have always wanted to start one and now i have decided to do it, site has a premium domain and a premium style skin and i am running vB 4.2.2 (patch level 4)

What i am offering is an equal share 50/50 for the life of the site, i need someone that has vB programming and coding experience and can help me get this site of the ground, i will not be asking for any money for my partner to pay me ever.

I know there are 100's of these sites but i think that this one can and will become popular.

Too many sites have too many rules and i would like to keep the site to the basic rules, so everyone can enjoy themselves on the site.

I also have 2 more positions for my Staff available - Super Moderator and Moderator so if anyone would like to apply just go to my site and hit the Application Tab. here is my site http://digiwebs.com
